RE: NOTICE OF 16th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING  2020 / 2021

1. Notice is hereby given that the 16^th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held convened at the Seminar Room, Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”), Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, 50000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 27 August at 6.00pm.
2. The following documents for the AGM are enclosed herein:

• Agenda of the 16^th AGM 2020/2021;
• Minutes of the previous 15^th AGM 2019/2020;
• The Council Report for the previous year 2019/2020;
• Profit & Loss Account for year ending 31 December 2019; and
• Nomination Form

3. Members are requested to make every effort to attend the AGM punctually to ensure quorum is met.
