The Society is run by a council of 5 office bearers and 10 committee members, who meet regularly to manage the affairs of the Society.
Augmenting the discourse of construction law
The Society of Construction Law, Malaysia saw its beginnings in 2003 as the Society of Construction Law (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) with a membership comprising persons interested in construction law and residing in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

SCL Malaysia Membership
The Society welcomes as its members all who are interested and professionally involved in construction law. Specifically, membership is open to persons residing in Malaysia and Malaysian citizens from all sectors of the construction industry, for example, architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, developers, lawyers, arbitrators and experts. Student undertaking engineering, construction and law courses are also welcome to join the Society.
