On 17th November 2020, Society of construction Malaysia Malaysia (SCL) held its last webinar of the year with a very interesting topic “Masterclass on Cross-Examination of Exert Witnesses”, with the support from Asian International of Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and Malaysian Society of Adjudicators (MSA).
The webinar featured our esteemed speakers, Tan Sri Dato’ V.C. George (SKRINE), Dato’ Nitin V. Nadkarni (Lee Hishamuddin Allen & Gledhill) and Mr. Rodney Martin (Charlton Martin Consultants Sdn Bhd). This webinar was moderated by Mr Kevin Prakash from Messrs KEVIN PRAKASH and hosted by Mr John Wong from Charlton Martin Consultants Sdn Bhd.
